1. Collection of personal data

2. Transfer to third parties

Some information can be communicated to the partners of Carequest Sàrl and the State authorities, in particular in the case of requests for financing, insurance, registration and transport of vehicles.

3. Retention of personal data

The data is kept until the end of the contract. Contact information is retained during the warranty period of the vehicle to ensure continuity of service. In case of registration to the newsletter, contact data, as well as your first and last names, are kept until you unsubscribe (possible at any time). Personal customer data may be kept for a longer period when required by law.

We take adequate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access and any misuse. To this end, we regularly perform backups, protect our documents with passwords and ensure that our partners take the necessary measures for the security of the data that we transmit to them.

For this reason, deletion can only be requested when the contract is terminated or when you unsubscribe from our newsletter. If the data is stored to comply with legal requirements (e.g. the obligation to store), the deletion request will be rejected.
